DMCA and copyright notices
CommunityM hosts community discussion and metadata. We do not want infringing copies of scripts, maps, MLOs, branding or other works.
What to send
If you are the copyright owner (or an agent) and believe material on this site infringes your rights, send a notice that includes:
- Your name, postal address, email and telephone number.
- A description of the copyrighted work.
- The exact URL(s) on CommunityM (thread, resource, screenshot) that you claim infringe.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Where to send it
Use the Report control on the thread or resource, and mention DMCA in the reason. For a formal notice, contact the site operator through the published support channel. Incomplete notices may be ignored.
What we do
We may remove or disable access to the material, notify the poster, and in serious or repeat cases restrict the account. Counter-notices should include the same contact details, the URLs removed, a good-faith statement, and consent to local jurisdiction as required by applicable law.
Tebex and GitHub
Paid files live on Tebex; free files on the author’s GitHub. Takedown of those files must also be requested from those providers. Removing a CommunityM listing does not automatically remove a Tebex product.
