We're currently experiencing some connection issues while playing on the FiveM server. The connection seems unstable, with occasional high ping spikes, packet loss, delayed responses, and random desync between players. Sometimes vehicles or players appear to teleport, interactions take a few seconds to register, and voice communication may cut out or become delayed.
The problem doesn't seem to happen consistently. Everything can work perfectly fine for several minutes before the connection suddenly becomes unstable again. Reconnecting to the server sometimes helps temporarily, but the issue may return after a while.
This could be caused by unstable routing between the player and the server, temporary network congestion, packet loss somewhere along the route, or an issue with the server's network connection. If you're experiencing similar problems, try restarting FiveM, reconnecting to the server, checking your internet connection, and making sure there are no downloads or other applications using a large amount of bandwidth in the background.
If the problem continues, checking your ping and packet loss may help determine whether the issue is coming from your local connection, your ISP, the route to the FiveM server, or the server itself.
